ASSISTANCE FOR OWNERS
& BUILDERS
We make life easier for the owner and the project manager, without replacing the project manager on renovation construction sites.
We provide ‘administrative’ site monitoring:
- Regular checks on the actual progress of the work in relation to the initial schedule, or adjusted for unforeseen circumstances (weather, delivery, etc.).
- Organisation of regular on-site meetings (weekly, monthly or according to your requirements and the terms of the contract entrusted to us).
- Written meeting report sent by e-mail in PDF format after each meeting or visit.
The objective of this assistance is to provide focused support on specific aspects of the project, while leaving a large part of the decision-making and management to the project owner.
As a reminder, the assistance provides advice and recommendations, but the project manager has the final say.
The assistance team does not make decisions on behalf of the customer, and has no responsibility as site manager or ten-year guarantee.
